Chipping Nails and Blue Polish

My nails are driving me crazy, I'm having to repaint them every 2 days. I'm having a huge problem with my nails chipping after like a day and I do the whole thing - base coat, 2 coats of nail polish, and top coat. I use essie first base, nail polish and then creative nail design air dry finish. Maybe my nails are just really weak right now. Anyways if there are any suggestions I am super open to them.

For those of you also searching for the infamous Chanel Blue Satin , I have recently discovered that Dior Poison Blue is similar and is available at sephora.com , also I believe Opi's new Yoga-Ta Get This Blue is also pretty similar .
