OPI Halloween 2008

OPI usually has their annual Halloween mini Collection with one or two polishes from the collection sold as full size. Starting last year they added one of the four minis as glow in the dark. This year its The Ghostess with the Mostess and it is being sold full size.

SPOOKY NAIL ART
Nail art instructions: Start with an OPI base coat; let dry. Allow each coat of Nail Lacquer to dry before applying the next. To protect decals and to give your nails super shine, finish with an OPI top coat and Drip Dry Lacquer Drying Drops.
